Moved to the Dark Side

Well, You have to admit the BMW 1200GS does make a sensible upgrade route from me old F650GS.

As part of our Spanish ventures moving costs always included a bigger bike and the BMW 1200GS was the only likey bike on the list. I did have a go on the 1200Adv, but the costs involved as well as its weight, put me off.

So back in May I was offered a deal which I could not refuse and ordered a Yellow and Grey 1200GS.

On the 16th June '06, it arrived in a big box.

Soon to be opened.

And after a small wait.

And its ready to ride off.
