11, Ave Catalunya

Our plot in the village. We purchased this plot in the village in October '10. It has permission to build a house on it. We also purchased the terrace below this one to provide us with a garden & vegetable patch. Luckily it already has a large water storage building, which we will be able to keep filled from our house roof runoff.

The views are stunning. East to the Ebro delta. Across to the Montsia hills and south to the coast near Vinaros.

At the moment (Nov '10) we are waiting for our architect to produce a set of plans for a three bedroom house on three floors with a garage in part of the lower floor.
